Each Lucien piece is produced with care and intention, honoring a thoughtful, small-batch approach. Shipping timelines may vary depending on whether an item is available for immediate shipment or produced as part of a pre-order release. We kindly ask that you review the details below before placing your order.
Pre-Order Pieces
Pre-order pieces are produced specifically based on demand once the order window closes.
Once the pre-order period has ended, please allow 3–4 weeks for production and shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Production timelines are estimated and may vary slightly due to material availability or seasonal factory schedules. We appreciate your patience as each piece is carefully crafted.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Select pieces may be available for immediate shipment.
Orders containing ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Lucien is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
