Returns & Refunds

Each Lucien piece is created with intention, produced in limited quantities, and released as part of a thoughtfully designed capsule. To preserve the integrity of our process and ensure responsible production, we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines before placing your order.

Pre-Order Pieces

Pre-order pieces are created especially for you once the order window closes.

For this reason, pre-order purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once production has begun.

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Hello@shoplucien.com so we may thoughtfully assist.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

A limited selection of pieces may be available for immediate shipment.

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit, provided the piece is returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must be approved prior to being sent back to us.

Order Care & Concerns

We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. Should your piece arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we may resolve the matter with care.

Final Sale

Pre-order pieces, sale items, and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your piece is eligible for return, we recommend returning it for store credit and placing a new order when ready.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection guidelines. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging.

Pre-order pieces are excluded from this policy once production has commenced.
