Is Lucien made to order?
Lucien is produced in limited quantities using a small-batch approach. Many of our pieces are released as part of a pre-order, allowing us to produce responsibly and avoid overproduction. Select styles may occasionally be available for immediate shipment.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a piece before production begins. Once the pre-order window closes, your piece is crafted specifically based on demand.
Pre-order pieces require additional time for production and shipping, and are considered final sale.
When will my order ship?
Pre-Order Pieces
Once the pre-order window has closed, please allow 3–4 weeks for production and shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
How will I know if an item is pre-order or ready-to-ship?
Each product page clearly indicates whether a piece is available for pre-order or immediate shipment. Shipping timelines are also noted at checkout for clarity.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Because pre-order pieces are produced specifically for you once the order window closes, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or refunds after production has begun.
What is your return policy?

All pre-order purchases are final sale.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at Hello@shoplucien.com so we may assist.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, we recommend returning it for store credit and placing a new order when ready.
Where does Lucien ship?
At this time, Lucien ships within the United States only. We look forward to expanding shipping destinations in the future.
How do I care for my Lucien pieces?
Care instructions are included on each product page and on the garment’s care label. We recommend following these guidelines closely to preserve the integrity and longevity of your piece.
What size should I choose?
